Our Online Booking System

Use our online booking system to make a reservation:

• for your Room 
• for your Diving (Course, Dives or Equipment Rental), either as a guest of hotel ELIES or staying somewhere else.
• for both of them, to create a Diving Package with discounted Room Rates (as a hotel ELIES guest).

How to book online

• From our menus or from the List of Accommodation choose what you want and click the Book link.
   
• In the booking form fill all the information required and calculate the cost. When you are ready click on "Book Now!" button.
   
• If the Room (s) or Diving Service (s) you want are not available, an "On Request" form will be presented to you, so that you can contact us with your request details. Of course you can contact us by mail or by phone anytime.
   
• If what you request is available, then will be redirected to the Confirmation Page where you have to fill your Address details and payment options.
   
• To add more bookings click the "Make one more booking" which will take you to back to the List of Accommodation or select the same link from the menu and repeat the previous steps.
   
• Some of our discounts are automatically calculated. Others require the use of a promotional code. If you are using a promotional code you must type it before your confirmation.
   
• To confirm your booking you must pay a deposit.
  You can pay the deposit online. Online payments are processed by   through which you can pay by Credit / Debit Card. In this case your reservation is instantly confirmed and the deposit is a fixed amount of 60 Euros.
  Alternatively you can choose to pay the deposit by a direct Bank transfer. In this case you will receive an email with our Bank account details and the deposit you should pay. Your reservation will be confirmed after we receive the deposit.
   
• You can book only for your Room (s), only for Diving Service (s) or both of them. To pay the deposit only once, keep booking to add everything you want to your booking list before you confirm/check out. Or log in our online Reservation system with your booking reference number to change the details of your booking.
   
• After the confirmation of your booking, you can log in our online Reservation system to change the details or even cancel your booking. Read our Terms & Conditions.
  
  
• If you are staying in another hotel you can still book for Diving Services only.
